High Volume Centrifugal Pumps

Gator 12" Trailer Pump on the left delivers over 6,000 gallons per minute through a 12-foot stand pipe. Power is provided by and air-cooled diesel engine mounted on a tandem axle trailer. All Gator pumps operate submerged - priming and suction pipe are eliminated!
Available in sizes up to 24" diameter with flows up to 18,000 gallons per minute.

Tractor Powered Trailer Centrifugal Pumps from 4" diameter to 24" diameter discharge. Driveshaft connects the tractor PTO to the pump shaft. A rubber hose and clamp complete the system. Very economical when tractor power is already available.

Five Gator 24" Trailer Pump "Whales" transfer water from a river across a levee for irrigation to numerous farms. The combined output of these five pumps is approximately 80,000 gallons per minute.

Diesel Trailer Pumps 4" to 24" Discharge Diameter

An air-cooled diesel engine supplies the power for a 10" trailer pump. Belts and sheaves reduces the engine speed to pump speed. Engine safety shutdowns, clutch, fuel tank, and battery complete the self-contained pumping unit. A fuel use of only 1.4 gallons/hour for over 3000 gallons per minute pumping makes this or other sizes of diesel powered Gator pumps popular for long term operations.

A deluxe version of the diesel power unit shown above is shown at the left. Equipment includes diesel engine with clutch and safety shutdowns, belt and sheave speed reduction and guard, tandem axle trailer with springs, fenders, and lights, ball coupler, pin hitch pump connection, fuel tank, battery, jack, and stabilizing legs.
